Sri No Noa operates on a flexible schedule and bookings are taken on a "first in, first served" basis.
Many customers, particularly our regular customers book well in advance, up to 12 months, so to avoid disappointment plan your trip early. Payment of a US$1000 deposit is required to secure your dates.

deposit We take payment by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, direct deposit, cheque and money orders. Payment instructions are on the booking form.
5.
We will send you a confirmation, receipt, itinerary and invoice.
6.
Final payment is due 60 days from your departure. We also require the following information for each passenger:
- Full name as shown in passport
- Date of birth
- Passport number
- Nationality
- Passport expiry date
- Pickup details (address and phone number of your hotel in Bali)
- Travel insurance details (company & policy number). Travel Insurance is MANDATORY.
7.
We send you your final itinerary and invoice.
8.
We pick you up at your hotel in Bali (Kuta area) and take you directly
to the Sri Noa Noa, or airport, where your trip begins.

Terms & Conditions
1.
Rates
All cruise rates are quoted in US Dollars. Rates include all meals
and non-alcoholic drinks on board, transfers to and from the boat,
and all shore excursions and other activities during the cruise,
unless otherwise specified in the itinerary, as well as the services
of on board staff and guides.
2.
Exclusions are international and domestic
air transportation unless otherwise specified in the itinerary;
hotel and meals ashore before and after the cruise; items purchased
on board, beer charges expenses, gratitude to the crew, personal
travel insurance, excess baggage charges, personal spending money,
international airport departure taxes from Indonesia (currently
Rp 100,000), passport and inoculation costs, personal costs incurred
through delays in transport or mechanical breakdown.
3.
Reservations
Reservations are made subject to these Terms & Conditions. Sending
in your Booking Form constitutes agreement to these Terms &
Conditions. Passengers under 18years of age must be accompanied
by a parent or guardian.
4.
Bookings
Your cruise dates are secured upon you sending us a completed booking
form with a deposit of US$1000. We will hold verbal or written commitment to book for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit payment. The balance is payable 60
days before your departure.
Although
all fares are quoted in US-Dollars, in case of payment by credit
card local regulations require that these are charged to your card
in Australian Dollars converted at the rate of exchange applied
by Australian banks for selling US Dollars on the day of the debit.
In case of any subsequent refunds, these will be based on the amount
and currency actually received. Any additional fees charged by the customers bank is their responsibility.
Bookings
are accepted on the understanding the customer is aware that all
travel is at his / her own risk and that they appreciate the possible
risks involved in adventure travel and surfing in remote areas (for
surf charters), and they undertake the trip of their own volition.
5.
Cancellations
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations
received prior to 120 days of departure are refunded 50% of the deposit. Between 120 and 60 days, or less and the full payment has not been received, the deposit is forfeited. Where cancellations are received after full payment has been made, up to 100% of the payment may be forfeited. No refund
is available after the tour has commenced or in respect to any portion
of the trip not utilised. If for any reason (sickness, accident
etc.) after departure, the customer is unable to complete the trip,
no refund can be made for any unused portion of the trip. For
these and other reasons mentioned below, travel insurance is MANDATORY.
6.
Itinerary
The itineraries described are subject to change at the discretion
of the ship's captain. These are safaris to remote parts of the
world and the operator reserves the right to change the itineraries
due to weather conditions, availability of anchorages, political
conditions, and other factors beyond his control, without consulting
the participants. It is understood that such decisions will be made
in the best interest of all passenger aboard and with regard of
the safety of the vessel. Participants have no right to any refund
or other considerations in the event of these sometimes necessary
itinerary changes.
7.
Exchange Rate
Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are based on current tariffs
and exchange rates and are subject to change prior to departure.
Substantial changes in tariffs, exchange rates, and the price of
fuel, services, and labor sometimes increases the cost of expedition
arrangements significantly, and the operator reserves the right
to alter prices accordingly.
8.
Insurance
It is MANDATORY to take out comprehensive personal travel insurance
to cover any eventuality, including charges arising should you have
to cancel your travel plans. Details of your policy (company and policy number) must be provided with your booking details.
9.
Passports & Visas
Most nationals are granted a US$25, 30-day tourist visa, payable and issued upon arrival
in Indonesia. Passports must be valid for
6 months after the date of entry. Please contact your
nearest Indonesian consulate to confirm visa requirements.
10.
Health
These cruises are for persons in reasonably good health without
physical disabilities. By forwarding the Booking Form the passenger
certifies that he/she does not have any physical disabilities or
other conditions that would create a hazard to themselves or to
other passengers.
11.
Clothing & Shoes
Dress on board is very casual, and passengers are advised to dress
modestly during village visits. For nature walks, bring several
sets of long sleeve, lightweight shirts and long trousers. The tropical
sun is intense so be sure to bring a hat and a pair of sunglasses.
A
comfortable pair of shoes for trekking is a must. We also recommend
that you bring at least one pair of sport shoes that you won't mind
getting wet for zodiac landings and exploring local reefs.
12.
Responsibilities. Please
read this important information carefully.
Cruise Bali exercises every possible care in its operations of Sri
Noa Noa, however, Cruise Bali, its subsidiaries and/or associated
agents, shall not be held responsible for property loss or damage
and/or any damages resulting from illness, personal injuries, or
death which may be sustained by reason of, or while engaged on,
any tour whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation
or control of any aircraft, helicopter, automobile, bicycle, boat,
vehicle, hotel, common carrier, or any other conveyance used in
carrying out these tours. We can assume no liability due to any
cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity,
acts, or omissions occurring during a tour under which the means
of of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered
or supplied by owners, operators, or public carriers for whom Cruise
Bali acts only as agent.
Cruise
Bali reserves the right (at their discretion) to alter or omit any
part of the itinerary or change any reservation, feature and/or
means of conveyance without notice and for any reason whatsoever
and without allowance or refund and with extra costs, if any, resulting
there from paid by the passengers. They reserve the right to cancel
any tour prior to departure, in which case payment will be refunded
without further obligation on their part.
Cruise
Bali shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether
or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of
any act of war, terrorism, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising
or military action occurring in the countries of origin, destination,
or passage. Cruise Bali strongly urges individual passengers to
obtain such coverage. Baggage is at the owner's risk entirely. The
transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible
for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not
aboard their carriers or conveyances. The passenger contract in
use by the carriers concerned (when issued) shall constitute the
sole contract between the transportation companies and the purchaser
of these tours and/or passage.
By
forwarding a Booking Form, the passenger certifies that he/she does
not have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability
that would create a hazard for him/herself or other passengers.
Cruise Bali reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any person
as a member of a tour at any time.
